Das Sandwichmaterial der Injektions-Polyurethanplatte ist in PUR und PIR unterteilt. Der Aufbau der beiden Panels ist unterschiedlich. Der Rahmen des eingespritzten PUR-Paneels kann ein Aluminiumrahmen oder ein Eisenrahmen sein. Die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Paneelen erfolgt durch ein zentrales Aluminium. Das Injektions-PIR-Panel hat keinen Rahmen und alle Produktionsprozesse laufen automatisch und kontinuierlich ab. Die beiden Arten von Injektions-Polyurethan-Panels haben unterschiedliche Brandschutzklassen, die Verbrennungsleistung von PUR ist B2 und die Verbrennungsleistung von PIR ist B1. Das Außenmaterial der eingespritzten Polyurethanplatte ist eine 0,5 mm bis 0,8 mm dicke, beschichtete verzinkte Stahlplatte. Je dicker die Dicke, desto höher die Ebenheit.
